Safety Policy Statement

Norweld stresses that we want a safe and healthy workplace. To ensure this, we need everybody's participation.

The management team of Norweld is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions, and to promoting positive attitudes toward safety and well being within the organization.

Management is responsible for providing a safe work site and for establishing and maintaining adequate standards of site and equipment maintenance to ensure that physical and health hazards are guarded against or eliminated. Norweld also constantly strives to develop work procedures that are conducive to a safe, productive and healthy workplace.

Superintendents/Foremen are responsible for ensuring that all workers are properly instructed to work safely. Safe work procedures and regulations must be followed at all time, and any unsafe activities will addressed immediately.

It is mandatory that all workers and subcontractors know and follow all rules and obey safe work procedures.

Everyone is expected to correct or report unsafe conditions and activities. We will all cooperate in creating a safe environment for our valued workers.
